Whether your actively doing a Whole30 or just looking for a healthy recipe for your busy weeknight, these 30 Whole30 Sheet pan recipes are quick to prep and quick to clean-up. We’re pretty sure you’ll find a new favorite or two to add to your regular meal rotation.

Hungry? Check out these 30 Whole30 Sheet Pan Recipes

Sheet pan recipes are the best because, as you may have guessed, they’re made entirely on one sheet pan. They’re generally quick to prep and even quicker to clean up which makes them one of our favorite ways to get dinner on the table. They’re also great for meal prep sessions because you can either make them from start to finish for an easy reheat and eat meal later or you can prep all of the ingredients like a restaurant prep cook would do to be assembled and baked when it’s time to eat.

We use both methods depending on how much time we have on the weekend for meal prepping. We love reheat and eat meals are great for lunches but often prefer a hot, freshly cooked meal for dinners and sheet pan meals work great for both situations.

What kind of pan do you recommend (or use) for these sheet pan recipes?

We recommend an 18×13-inch baking sheet with a rim that’s made with heavy-duty aluminum. Good brands include Wilton, Nordic Ware, Farberware and Made By Design (made exclusively for Target).

Thanks for sharing this. I need recommendations
for a sheet pan that doesn’t buckle in the oven. Suggestions?

      Hi Kay,

I’ve tried so many sheet pans in the quest to find one that doesn’t buckle in the oven and I can’t say that I’ve found the perfect one yet. Although a thicker metal pan can reduce the amount or degree of buckling there are some factors that are beyond your control – namely how rapidly your oven temperature fluctuates. Some ovens that use both gas and electric for heating tend to have more consistent heat, but that’s not always the case and probably the issue that I have as I’ve tried so many pans.

One thing you can control, however, is how evenly you space ingredients on the pan. Spread them as evenly as possible to cover more surface area and you’ll have a pan that heats more evenly. I’ve also read that preheating the oven with the sheet pan inside (so it goes from cold to hot with the oven) then removing the pan and *carefully* adding the food to the pan before returning it to the oven can not only help reduce the chances of buckling, but also reduce cooking time. Of course, this is NOT recommending for cookies.

But I digress… going back to your question about suggestions for sheet pans, I’m currently using these pans and they’re actually pretty good!
