Rolled oats Crisp rice cereal Vanilla protein powder  Flax meal Salt Peanut butter Honey Coconut oil Pure vanilla extract Dark chocolate chips

Process the oats then transfer to a mixing bowl. 

STEP ONE

Add the rest of the protein bar ingredients then stir to mix well until dough sticks together. 

STEP TWO

Transfer dough to a parchment lined 8x8 pan. Press dough into pan. Then place in freezer for 30 min. Melt the chocolate.

STEP THREE

Remove from freezer and drizzle chocolate over peanut butter protein bars. Cut into mini bars and serve.
