 Beef brisket flat Oil Garlic powder Onion powder Smoked paprika Ground cumin Fine salt Black pepper

FOR THE SAUCE:

Tomato paste Water Apple cider vinegar  Dijon mustard Light brown sugar Worcestershire sauce Garlic  Oregano Chili powder Smoked paprika Fine salt Black pepper

Prepare the brisket and make the sauce.

STEP ONE

Set Instant Pot to "Saute" sear the brisket. Add the sauce. Cover and cook on high-pressure for 60 minutes. Then broil for 3 minutes on each side.

STEP TWO

Let brisket rest for 10-15 minutes then slice. 

STEP THREE

We love serving it as a sandwich with our simple slaw.
