1/2 tsp. chipotle powder (use smoked paprika for less heat)
1 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. coconut sugar (may sub brown sugar or omit for Whole30)
In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Stir until thick paste forms.
Spread liberally over 2-2 1/2 lbs meat of choice, fish or seafood.
Optional—marinate meat for 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours, for extra flavor.
