5 reasons why we’re fans of Real Plans!

  1. Highly customizable to fit your busy schedules, family size and food preferences.
  2. Very user-friendly membership site with a video library to show you around.
  3. Encourages you to eat healthier, add variety to your plate and try new foods.
  4. Whole30 Solutions – On a Whole30 and wondering what to eat? We love that Real Plans offers a Whole30 option that includes some of our very own Whole30 recipes!
  5. It’s the meal plan membership site we have always dreamed of creating and now, thanks to Real Plans, the work has been done for us! We’re beyond excited to be partners of Real Plans!

Updated 6/1/2017:

  • Real Plans now offers an easy to use drag & drop feature that allows you to click the recipe you want and drag it to the appropriate day on your calendar – love this feature!
  • We’ve been using Real Plans now for the better part of 6 months and here are some of our big takeaways so far:
    • It’s worth it’s weight in gold to have someone do to the bulk of the planning for you. Yes, you can create your own plans from scratch each week but having the meal planner do it for you keeps it interesting (because we all get in food ruts from time to time)
    • Planning for 3-4 meals per week that can be batch cooked on the weekend plus 1-2 other meals that can be cooked ‘from scratch’ later in the week seems to be the sweet spot because it’s enough to keep us from ordering in or going out without over-preparing and wasting food
    • When combined with an online grocery delivery service like Instacart you can save yourself loads of time and stress – not to mention money because you’re not making impulse buys at the store
    • The recipe importer feature rocks – we use it to add recipes from our own site (and others) with just the click of a button. It’s like having your own virtual recipe box to clip and keep the recipes you want to make later.

Get the meal planning party started and sign-up for Real Plans! A service that will help you spend less time wondering what to eat so that you can have more time to do and enjoy the things you love.
