Warning: You’re going to want to put this easy 5-ingredient Homemade Buffalo Sauce on everything!
The key to Whole30 success is in the sauce
At least it is for me.
Like many people, when I do a Whole30 I eat a lot more ‘ingredient meals’ – meals comprised of single ingredients rather than a recipe. For example: Grilled chicken thighs, roasted green beans and a baked sweet potato. You get the idea.
Ingredient meals are great when you’re short on time or your meal prep didn’t include any soups or stews or one-dish meals. You are meal prepping, right? If not, be sure to check out our free weekly meal prep menus and our meal prep tips to help you get in and out of the kitchen even faster.
Honestly, even when I’m not doing a Whole30 I eat a lot of ingredient meals because they’re easy. However, let’s be honest, they can be really boring sometimes. That’s where this Homemade Buffalo Sauce comes in. This stuff is my saving grace – lately I’ve been adding it to roasted vegetables and grilled meats and my hubby drizzles it over his eggs and greens every morning and adds it to his egg salad and Ranch dressing, too.
Thankfully it’s easy to make. Like, 5-ingredients and 5-minutes easy-to-make. Because we’ve been flying through this stuff lately.
