Cauliflower Garlic Hummus is bean-free, whole30 and vegan-friendly.
This Cauliflower Garlic Hummus makes for the perfect and oh so tasty low-carb veggie dip.
It’s garlicky, it’s smooth, it’s creamy and it makes for a light and flavorful snack – kid-friendly too! Cauliflower Garlic Hummus is made with just 5-ingredients and 15 minutes of your time. How awesome is that!? Some people have a hard time digesting beans especially if they aren’t properly prepared. So this recipe was created to be bean-free. In addition, it’s paleo, vegan and whole30-friendly. You’ll see tahini as one of the ingredients, found in most all hummus recipes. Tahini is a sesame seed paste that will most likely be hanging out in the ethnic section of your grocery store.
