Cauliflower Garlic Hummus is bean-free, whole30 and vegan-friendly.

Classic Cauliflower Garlic Hummus

This Cauliflower Garlic Hummus makes for the perfect and oh so tasty low-carb veggie dip.

It’s garlicky, it’s smooth, it’s creamy and it makes for a light and flavorful snack – kid-friendly too! Cauliflower Garlic Hummus is made with just 5-ingredients and 15 minutes of your time. How awesome is that!? Some people have a hard time digesting beans especially if they aren’t properly prepared. So this recipe was created to be bean-free. In addition, it’s paleo, vegan and whole30-friendly. You’ll see tahini as one of the ingredients, found in most all hummus recipes. Tahini is a sesame seed paste that will most likely be hanging out in the ethnic section of your grocery store.

We have a sesame allergy. Do you think this recipe would work with out the tahini?

You could substitute sunflower seed butter (or cashew or almond). It will change the flavor just bit but still turn out delicious.
