Whole30-Friendly Recipes

Our Whole30 recipes are free of grains, gluten, dairy, sugar and legumes making them perfect for enjoying on the Whole30 program or allergy-friendly eating.

What is Whole30? The Whole30 program is 30 days of eating whole foods and eliminate food categories such as grains, gluten, dairy, legumes, sugar, alcohol and ultra-processed foods. Think of it as a reset! The program, created by Melissa Urban & Dallas Hartwig, has a set of firm ground rules that guide the way you eat. It’s not a prescribed Whole30 diet per se, but rather a template into which you plug the allowed Whole30 foods to create your meals and snacks.
