If you’re new around here you may be wondering ‘What is the Whole30?’
The Whole30 is a 30-day nutritional reset program, co-founded by Melissa Hartwig and Dallas Hartwig, that removes all grains, dairy, legumes, sweeteners, alcohol and a handful of food additives and preservatives from your diet. By eliminating these craving-inducing, inflammatory, blood sugar-disrupting foods for just 30 days (then systematically adding them back) you can discover which foods are harming your health and start improving your relationship to foods that seemingly control you.
