  • 1/2 cup plain grass-fed yogurt (such as Kalona Supernatural, Maple Hill Creamery or Kite Hill for a dairy-free option)
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit of choice – plus more for topping
  • 1/41/3 cup Foodie Fuel (Swiss Chocolate, Butter Toffee, Coconut Vanilla or Cinnamon Ginger)


  1. Place yogurt and fruit in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a small bowl and top with additional fruit and chunks of Foodie Fuel.
